PROJECT OVERVIEW
KCCDMFI is implementing a 30- month project entitled “Agri-fishery Enterprise through women and youth economic empowerment, inclusive business, and climate resilience (WEE-SAFE)” a Bangsamoro Agri-Enterprise Programme (BAEP) funded by the European Commission.
Overall objectives of the project is to provide opportunities for marginalized women, youth, and indigenous people in the Agri-fisheries sector in BARMM island provinces (Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi or BASULTA) are transformed through inclusive value chains and business models that drive peace, women’s economic empowerment and climate resilience.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Community Mobilizer is in charge of the community related field activities, follows up of the work plan designed by the project manager. Performs any other task as assigned by the line supervisor.

ABOUT KCCDMFI:
Kasanyangan Center for Community Development and Microfinance Foundation Inc. (KCCDMFI) was a spin-off from the microfinance program started under the auspices of Kasanyangan Foundation, Inc. (KFI). It was in 2004 that KFI Board decided to spin-off its microfinance program to create a separate entity, which paved the way for the creation of the Kasanyangan Center for Community Development Foundation Inc. (KCCDMFI).
Kasanyangan Microfinance Center for Community Development and Microfinance Foundation Inc. (KCCDMFI) has extensive work on support services to agrarian reform beneficiaries in former corporate lands and social forestry in logged over forestal lands in Basilan and Zamboanga Peninsula from 1990 to 2010. Support includes assistance in acquiring tenure on forest lands and in corporate lands and building capacities to manage large corporate lands awarded to the beneficiaries in partnership with concerned partnering with government agencies.
KCCDMFI mission, is to continuously provide responsive and competitive microfinance products and services for the empowerment of its partner-organized communities in Western Mindanao. KCCDMFI is committed to reaching out to low-income households, especially women and marginalized sectors. KCCDMFI serve the predominantly women headed households, low levels of formal education and burdened with care for their family.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, is responsible for observing and ensuring high quality and timely inputs, and for ensuring that a project maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost effective and timely manner. Facilitates knowledge management and cross-learning internally and externally. The M&E Officer will work closely with project officer, provincial coordinator, and the M&E Consultant in developing and implementing a monitoring & evaluation (M&E) tool and plan to track and assess the effectiveness of the program.

This position involves developing M&E strategies, conducting assessments, and providing insights that drive program improvement.
