Special "Kabuhayan" Loan

To support your existing business, you are qualified to Loan without starting in the Minimum Amount.

Like Kabuhayan Loan, Special Kabuhayan Loan also aims to develop the capacities of clients for self-employment by enabling them to engage in income generating projects (IGP) that can grow into micro and small enterprises as they continue with their participation in the Microfinance Program. Eventually, these micro and small enterprises would generate local employment and help make grass root communities become more self-reliant.

Insurance

Micro-insurance is a financial product or service that meets the risk protection needs of our clients and their families.

Our objective is to provide death benefit, accidental hospitalization, retirement savings and loan redemption assistance to clients, their spouses, children and/or parents.

18 to 65 years old

KKK ₱200 per year. Benefits: ₱20,000.00

BAP ₱250 for every 6months. Benefits: ₱ 50,000.00

MBA ₱30 per week premium. Benefits: ₱60,000.00

Total Benifits: ₱ 130,000.00

65 to 75 years old

KKK ₱200 per year. Benefits: ₱20,000.00

KKK Senior 1 ₱40 per weak. Benefit: ₱30,000.00

BAP ₱250 for every 6months. Benefits: ₱ 50,000.00

Total Benifit: ₱ 100,000.00

76 years old and above

KKK ₱600 for every 6 months. Benefits: ₱50,000.00

KKK Senior 2 ₱50 per week. Benefits: ₱ 30,000.00

Total Benifits: ₱ 80,000.00

You just need to fill up the Online Loan Application Form and wait for the confirmation call from the nearest branch in your area.

  • Barangay Clearance or Barangay Certificate
  • Attend the Membership Orientation Group Credit Training (GCT)
  • 6 pieces each of recent 1×1 ID sized pictures. (Applicant & Comaker)
  • Complete and sign the membership contract form.

A. Basis of Loan Approval for New Clients

  • 1. Existence of income generating project (IGP) or small
    enterprise.
  • 2. Debt Repayment Capacity is within allowed limits.

B. Basis of Loan Approval for Existing Clients

  • 1. Client must have invested the previous loan on the
    approved IGP or small enterprise or used the loan proceeds
    as indicated in the Loan Application Form.
  • 2. Client must score a satisfactory rating on RIA (Repayment,
    Inventory, Attitude)
  • 3. Debt Repayment Capacity is within allowed limits.

Membership in a Center may be terminated for any the
following reasons:

  1. When a client willingly leaves the community;
  2. In the event of a client’s death;
  3.  In case of mental insanity or poor health of a client;
  4.  When a client engages in anti-organization or anti
    group activities;
  5. When a Center unanimously adopts a resolution to
    terminate a client;
  6. When a client transfers to another center; and
  7. When the BM, for justifiable reasons, expels a client from
    the Center.
