MOA Signing and Turnover of Safety Fishing Equipment to Four Fisherfolk Associations and Working Capital Fund to the Lumuton Small Rubber Grower Association

The MOA Signing and Turnover of Safety Fishing Equipment to Four Fisherfolk Associations and Working Capital Fund to the Lumuton Small Rubber Grower Association was held on December 10, 2025, at Nalamar Restaurant, Lamitan City. The activity formalized the finalized Policies, Systems, and Procedures (PSPs) guiding the management of motorized boats, safety fishing equipment, and rubber consolidation and marketing initiatives. The MOA signing established the roles, responsibilities, and commitments of both the project and the partner associations, followed by the turnover of safety gear and a photo opportunity with all stakeholders. Moving forward, the associations are expected to fully implement the PSPs, while the project team and City Agriculture Office will conduct regular monitoring, collect reports, and document best practices and lessons learned to ensure accountability, sustainability, and the long-term success of the livelihood interventions.
