Computerization: A Journey Towards Digitalization

The launch of the IFOA (Instafin Field Operations App) marks a major step in KMFI’s digital transformation—from a web-based system to a mobile platform that enables faster, easier processing of payments and creation of client profiles in the field. This computerization not only improves efficiency and accuracy but also affirms one of KMFI’s core values: the balance between work and life. By reducing manual work and minimizing errors, FCOs can complete tasks more quickly, spend less time on paperwork, and return home earlier to be with their families—making our services smarter, faster, and more people-centered.
