The Organizational Orientation and Enterprise Assessment for the Baas Women Cassava Chips Homemade Food Trading Association was held on July 18, 2024, at the Covered Court, Barangay Baas, Lamitan City, with 22 participants. The activity aimed to strengthen organizational structure, clarify officer and member roles, and develop a project proposal. Participants engaged in discussions on by-laws, leadership qualities, operational challenges, and resource needs, and collaboratively drafted a proposal for sustainable growth. The session concluded with agreements on submission of the project proposal, securing of a business permit, and recommendations for monthly meetings, voluntary contributions, improved communication, and unity among members, leaving participants motivated to implement the insights gained.
