Organizational Leadership and Governance Training (3 Batches)

The Organizational Leadership and Governance Training under the WEE-SAFE Project was conducted in three batches for community-based organizations to strengthen leadership capacities, enhance organizational functionality, and promote good governance. The training covered leadership fundamentals, roles and responsibilities of officers, leadership styles, essential leadership abilities, organizational structure, members’ rights and responsibilities, organizational culture, organizational policies and systems, conflict resolution mechanisms, and the MOLE Constitution and By-Laws. Participants engaged in interactive activities, including role-playing exercises, and shared reflections on effective leadership, the balance between leaders’ and members’ roles, and the importance of formalizing their associations. The training concluded with the distribution of certificates of participation and guidance on sustaining organizational growth through the implementation of policies, adherence to by-laws, active membership, and continued application of the skills and knowledge gained.

Batch 1: June 18–19, 2025, at Covered Court, Barangay Sta. Clara, Lamitan City

Batch 2: July 2-3, 2025, at Brgy. Ulame, Lamitan City

Batch 3: August 13-14, 2025, at Nalamar Restaurant and Services, Lamitan City
