Organizational Orientation and Enterprise Assessment for the Malo-ong Canal ROSE Women Association

The Organizational Orientation and Enterprise Assessment for the Malo Ong Canal Rose Women Association was conducted on July 19, 2024, at Barangay Malo-ong Canal, Lamitan City, with 18 participants. The activity aimed to strengthen the association’s organizational structure, clarify officer roles, address production and enterprise challenges, and plan for sustainable growth. Sessions included by-law orientation, leadership discussions, enterprise planning, group activities to foster cooperation, and the identification of production and capital needs for their banana chips enterprise. Agreements were made on monthly dues, collection schedules, production training, and meeting rescheduling, while recommendations included revising the project proposal, opening a bank account, and securing necessary business permits. Participants expressed gratitude to WEE SAFE, highlighting the initiative’s role in reinforcing commitment, collective responsibility, and sustainability of the association’s enterprise.
